There was a lovely atmosphere in this hotel i could even say it greated me at the gate it looked so inviting upon my approach. The staff were immensely helpful and I had a delicious lunch and fabulous wine. I look forward to staying again.

You will not have a better hotel experience anywhere. The property, breakfast, service, all amazing. Only issue as with most high end Italian hotels, cocktail are very expensive and light on the alcohol. Otherwise, this is a dreamy property.

beautiful location, secluded not too far from Florence. amazing country side estate with lots of green. and a pool! the land ladies, mrs. gemma and her sister are absolutely wonderful. the breakfast is super cute, beautifully and interestingly served buffet. and on the first night we caught a food truck - such a fun experience! the room is quite comfortable, huge bed, with a mini bar and a nice bathroom. the shower cabin is quite unique! I've been to many hotels, for my previous congress work, but this one is really something special. I will definitely not forget it any time soon and sure hope to revisit even sooner.

We had a very warm welcome from Bianca who went out of her way and even carried our luggage up to our room. Breakfast was great with plenty things to choose from. Hotel is located in nice and quiet area with the bus stop just around the corner.

Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

Very welcoming and responsive staff. Easy communication. There were great tips on what to see and where to eat (didn't know Fiesole was so beautiful) and that made Fiesole one of the best moments of our trip to Florence. Breakfast was great - everything was very fresh and tasty. Quiet, cosy hotel. The only thing is that the bathroom and the floor in the room could be a little bit cleaner, and the light from the cold bulbs spoiled the cosy atmosphere. But anyway, we really enjoyed our stay and would be great to come back someday. Thank You a lot!!!

The location with view over the main city along with waking distance to charming Fiesole with its restaurants, museum and view points. Very helpful staff along with a comfortable room and bed. The shuttle service were much appreciated to downtown and then relax at the pool in the afternoon.
