When I booked this hotel, I noticed it was new and didn’t have any reviews yet. And it truly exceeded expectations — the facilities are brand new and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day, which was a nice surprise. We were warmly welcomed throughout our stay and received a lot of helpful advice from the owner regarding local tips, places to visit, and suggested itineraries. There’s a small parking lot right next to the property with a very reasonable rate compared to other options in the area. The hotel location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk from a train station with quick access to Sorrento. I definitely recommend this place!

Ettore was an amazing host. We arrived earlier than check in time but Ettore upgraded us for free so we could check in earlier and made sure we had a good arrival with free drinks. We came without a plan and he helped us with an itinerary and recommendations that suited us. We did everything Ettore recommended us and our stay in Capri would not have been as good without his recommendations. The staff is lovely, the accommodation is perfectly placed close to the center and the room is nice and spacious with high ceilings. We were sad to only have one night here. Next time we will stay for longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.
