The host was very friendly and we felt welcomed though we have never seen her :) We checked in and checked out by ourselves. View is spectacular, swimming pool is nice and refreshingly cold in the end of september :D Apartment has almost everything you could wish for. Beach is at walking distance. (for people with disabilities this apartment and path to the beach is not suitable). Accessible only by car.

The appartement was impecable, very clean, and had all thats need for the stay. The space itself was very cozy and made us feel at home. The pool space is incredible. Maria, the host, is super nice and always available for anything you'd need, would that be extra towels or a recommendation of a good sarde restaurant.

Amazing location - right by the beach and not far from the train station so not strictly necessary to rent a car for a short stay because so many wonderful locations are accessible by train. Everything you need is just a minute from the apartment, cafe, restaurant, mini market, beach... Super friendly communication, very helpful, Signora Izabella and her husband are charming and will organise an airport transfer for you if necessary. 10/10 recommended!

It was a dream! The location, the staff everyone! We even got a surprise upgrade. Barbara was so nice to help us during breakfast as well, super nice lady! The receptionist as well🥰 she gave us a list of restaurants and was super nice.

    The beauty of Santa Marinella is in the proximity to the...

    The beauty of Santa Marinella is in the proximity to the best beaches of Costa Smeralda, but without the ridiculous price tag. Provided you have a car, the most beautiful beaches are 15-30 minutes away. Porto Rotondo with it's chick restaurants and lovely night atmosphere is 7 min driving. Famed "Lu Stazzu " restaurant that serves traditional Sardinian food, including porcheddo - fire roasted pig, is 7 min away. Keep in mind, the restaurants of Costa Smerlda book fast during the season. People dress up, especially women - I am talking evening long dresses :) Santa Marinella port is a walkable distance, but there is not much happening at night. The bottom line Santa Marinellla is cute, it is a pseudo Mediterranean style resort like village with lots of condos and small hotels. It is very pleasant and convenient to stay here, if you have a car. Two days stay.

    Great location for a relaxing holiday.

    Great location for a relaxing holiday. Perfect to lounge on the beach or by the pool. Would recommend a car rental to explore or just get to the shop as walking around in full summer sun can be a bit challenging. Excellent food at Il Posto Giusto.

    The beaches in Marinella are stunning and unlike other parts of Italy, they are mostly wild with no sun bed, which is amazing. The landscape is really special – with the giant granite rocks it feels almost jurassic. I also appreciate that Marinella offers both beach paradise and scenic sports activities - so it has something for everyone. And the local food is delicious. I love that it celebrates both the cheese and sausages from inland as well as the beautiful seafood. And Sardinian Vermentino is the best Vermentino.

    There is not a lot do in Marinella in the evenings, not...

    There is not a lot do in Marinella in the evenings, not really and shops or restaurants, the infrastructure is poor. There is slightly more open in Golfo Arancini but not enough little shops to mooch in or restaurants for us to sit and people watch. A ride to Olbia is around 20 minutes, they have more restaurants in the high street but still quite a small town.

    - several times, when we ordered our "fresh fruits" they were rotten and dirty (and once our prawns were served with a little dead spider on their surface) - Juice which was a part of the "breakfast form" was a mixture of chemicals (the taste was really terrible) - some of the basic breakfast food were proposed for extra charge, examples: 5 EUR for fried eggs; 6 EUR for fried eggs with bacon; 2,50 EUR for soft boiled egg and 5 EUR for fresh juices BEACH: you have to pay to use their sunbeds SWIMMING POOL: closed at 18h

    The apartment is in a superb complex, only a few steps away from a private beach. The outside gardens of the apartment complex are very well kept, a pleasure to walk around, surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. The apartment is modern renovated, with all you need and a beautiful terrace. Communication with the host's management has been easy and professional. Valeria and Alessio was a pleasure to deal with. We had a very great stay!

    I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property and can't say enough about its incredible location. This place puts you right in the heart of everything.. Just 20 minutes from the airport, a 5-minute walk to the beach, and only a 10-minute drive to both Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo. A special mention goes to Marco, who was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend this place!

    It was very clean. The view was beautiful. The air conditioning was very good (in the main area and ceiling fan in main bedroom). The pool area was clean. The beaches were gorgeous (no sun loungers) and the sea was warm and crystal clear. Various, small beaches rather than one large beach. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant was nice, shop was handy and well stocked.
