Everything! Warm welcome on arrival, I was offered a free beer to drink on wonderful terrace after a long motorcycle ride. The couple who run this place are just lovely people, you can tell that they enjoy and care about what they do. My room was super clean, really comfy bed, brand new looking en-suite private bathroom. Ceiling fan worked really well for keeping cool.the hosts told me about a nearby funicular ride up to mountain top, they arranged a free ticket for me and also offered to drive me the 1:3 km to the funicular and/or to pick me up. I chose to walk as wanted some exercise after a long days ride. The surrounding countryside is stunning, dramatic, an amazing (free) skywalk once you get the funicular up. I had amazing breakfast on outdoor terrace, Oscar made me a lovely omelette, great coffe, nice bread. Hosts kindly allowed me to keep my motorcycle in his garage. If this is free, book it! I found a great pizza restaraunt in local village for evening meal also. Hosts make excellent use of phone to translate and communicate with me. Thanks so much. Seriously good value for money.

We loved our four night stay! The host went out of his way to make us feel welcome! One morning we went hiking early and he even made us a packed breakfast to go! So many lovely details you don’t get in large hotels. Highly recommend this property. Perfect gateway to the Dolomites as well

Ideal hotel to sleep over when reaching mid Italy. Nice bathrooms, very clean, comfortable bed, hotel has elevator. Very organized and nice older lady who run the hotel, who welcomed us even we arrived at 21.30.
