The hotel is situated in the airport Malpensa. We flew in the morning and decided to stay at this hotel. It was very comfortable. This is the first time I've seen such a hotel's attention to recruitment. The receptionists' degree of empathy was very high! The room is quiet and comfortable. The view from the window is very unusual and fascinating, but unfortunately I don't like to take pictures. The beds are very comfortable!

We received such a lovely welcome from the reception staff even though we arrived in at the hotel at 1am. The beds were comfy and clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was typical Italian style. The pool was lovely. We left my son and Mother enjoying the pool while we picked up the hire car. They went above and beyond for us. The shuttle bus took us back to the airport to pick up our hire car and they called the hire car company for us as a lot of the hire car companies are located outside of the airport which we didn't realise. They don't serve lunch at the restaurant but offered to go and get some for my mother and son.
