At first hotel is all kind of bungalows, with great gardens, rooms are renovated and looks really good, everyday cleaning, changing towels, AC working really good, swimming pools, place for kids, for playing volleyball, table tennis etc. It’s all here. Staff is very friendly, speaking well in English we have really no issues at all here.

Baglioni Sardinia is the epitome of 5-star service - from the moment we stepped off the transfer, we were treated with grace, friendliness and care. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to ensure that our stay was nothing short of spectacular is unmatched - we have stayed at many luxury resorts, and the closest we have come to this type of personal attention was at Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort in Mozambique. There are many instances of care and kindness we can recall - including the celebration of my birthday, the care with our dietary requirements, the set-up of room service when we ordered a meal, the prompt response to requests, the suggestions of places to visit and having meals at, helping us to track down the full set of biscuit tins for our collection and helping us stay comfortable, especially when I was feeling ill. We have noted below the particular staff who we have interacted with most and who have made our trip memorable. Still, we recognise that service of this standard results from many excellent staff members who take pride in their work and are never seen by the guests. Wow. The location..surrounded by natural beauty. Next to a vineyard. The hotel has a horse which was an entertainment for us. Beautiful and cozy rooms. Excellent decor. Well maintained, super clean. We have access to the back from the bedroom which leads to the swimming pool which added privacy to us. The food in the restaurant was yummy and value for money. They even packed a nice and big portion breakfast for us when mentioned we checking out very early for the ferry journey. Very quiet place which was perfect for us.
