The location is stunning, so quiet and relaxing. Its great base to explore other areas in Tuscany. Ignore the fact that you drive on an unpaved road to reach the accommodation. We had breakfast every day and dinner for 3 nights in the restaurant and the food was delicious on all occasions. A special word of thanks to the concierge and chef who travelled to the accommodation during a terrible storm on 23/9/24, risking life and limb, to ensure guests had dinner even though the electricity was off and several roads in the area were impassable, due to flood water and debris.

POSITIVE: The location of the apartments and the pool.

POSITIVE: The location of the apartments and the pool. The care taken in the grounds. NEGATIVE: Apartments without air conditioning, fans, or even mosquito nets. Kitchen utensils are sparse. The TV doesn't work and has never been repaired. No hairdryer in the bathroom. The property's bar is always closed. One gets the impression that the owners are taking advantage of tourists without any respect.

The structure is very beautiful!

The structure is very beautiful! Everything is poorly managed! Starting from the breakfast where there is no fruit, to the food discovered with thousands of insects on it. For some mix-ups they compensated us with spa packages, but anyway, apart from the girl at the reception and at the spa, they are completely lacking.

There are truly many nicer, more unique, and more lively...

There are truly many nicer, more unique, and more lively Italian villages to be found in this part of Tuscany. It's truly remote, and there are no special attractions to be found in this quiet village. So you have to drive a long way to see, do, or eat anything.

Aside from the excellent accommodation we had, which we were very happy with, the place itself is rather unfriendly. Finding something to eat in the evening can be a bit difficult at times. However, if you have a car, this is manageable.

This was one of the best accomofation I’ve ever experienced. Building is wonderful, room nice and clean. But the best of all this experience was the personal - pleasant communication, when we had problem with road to the hotel, everyone helps us and always with a smile. Great food, wine from ther own production. Not our last visit.

We absolutely adored this agriturismo from its location, architecture down to its staff! Gabriele the chef was an absolute delight, plus the female chef we missed her name unfortunately. We got married while we stayed at Monterufoli and the staff made our stay so amazing and accomodating. We can’t wait to be back

Location, birds are singing 24 hours a day. It is really magical, green, no croud. Food in the hotel is very tasty. Stuff is friendly. Appartement was big, comfortable and clean. It was really premium staying there. I would recommend the accommodation to families or couples to recharge their batteries.
