We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations

You can walk up to the old town, although I only walked down...

You can walk up to the old town, although I only walked down because Google Maps only showed a route up the main road, which looked very busy and unsuitable for walking. I advise checking the bus times as they don’t seem to be that frequent. Once you’re in the old town, there’s plenty to see. I did the Narni Underground tour. It was in Italian, but I had a folder of notes to read so I was able to follow the gist of what the guide said. Highly recommended!

We had a really lovely relaxing stay here after a week of travelling round Italy. The pool was amazing with sun loungers. We had the place to ourselves. Great parking. Overall the house inside and outside is spotless. Our bedroom was spacious with a little balcony. We slept well. There was also a fridge outside our room which we found very beneficial as well as a coffee machine. We felt very homely here and left feeling recharged. We only wished we could have stayed for another night.

An incredible renovated agriturismo, which manages to combine authentic elements of the original building with modern design and comfort. The surrounding grounds are beautifully maintained, with a great view, beautiful pool and lots of different seating spots. Above and beyond was Francesco with his generosity and excellent communication. The breakfast that he and his team provide is 10/10: fresh, broad selection and with care.

The location is the best part. The apartment is in an antique building with vaulted ceiling and stone walls. Perfect place for exploring Narni and the surrounding villages and cities.
