We were given seaview rooms that were excellent. Located right on the seafront opposite the yacht harbour. Breakfast excellent in a buffet style. Staff friendly, welcoming and efficient.

We loved everything: the large and nicely decorated room, the comfortable bed, the balcony overlooking the small square, the cleanliness and good taste throughout the entire place. Valentina was a very kind and attentive host. Perfect location – close to the city center and the beach. Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.

The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, we liked the lighting. We had everything we need in the room. Good location, only a few minutes walk from the train station, beach and many restaurants. The owner was kind and helpful. Breakfast was typical Italian: cornetto and coffee.

The appartement was everything it promised to be: new, clean, spacious, good beds, nice hot tub on the balcony… :) Angela was nice and helpful and made us feel very happy to stay at the hotel. The breakfast is served in cafe nearby and it was not very big, but we quite liked it.

We had two rooms, one double and a triple room for our kids. The room for our children was really big and had a king bed on the ground floor and another sofa bed in the loft area. Our room was still really large although it just had a king bed with a few chairs. The rooms look like they've recently been renovated and were done very tastefully - both rooms were beautiful. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. Also, this area of Nettuno was really nice and had a very authentic feel about it. There were many places to eat and drink nearby. I wish we'd spent more time there instead of just one night - it's an area well worth exploring!

Nettuno is very charming place, I really like this atmosphere. It’s something between the town and village, but with a lot of style! Il Nobili cafe is so aesthetic, shop’s exhibition shows fashionable „vetemants”, I love it ♥️ you can find there restaurants with frutti di mare, pizza, pasta, gelato (also in milky bread-rolls) and beach. Perfect to relax. Recommend 👌🏽

We love that staying in Nettuno is not like a British...

We love that staying in Nettuno is not like a British package holiday. It is a very Italian working town based on the coast. The local people are very friendly and generally speak good English, although Google Translate is a godsend. The beach up near the Church is beautiful. Clean sand, comfortable sunbeds and a lovely beach bar/restaurant, with an ever changing menu. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the town and we found that nothing was overpriced. A two course meal for two with wine cost around 75Euro. We loved sitting on our little balcony, overlooking the statue of Neptune, with a bottle of wine, watching the world go by. We found Nettuno quite by chance due to a family wedding in the area last year; we vowed then to come back for longer and this lovely little town did not disappoint. We will definitely return!

It’s a real buzz of a town.

It’s a real buzz of a town. Not homogeneous as some cities but lots of local bars and restaurants serving great food. The old buildings look better from a distance. There is little to find out about the fort or the old town but they are nice to walk around. The ruins of Roman Emperor Nero’s villa are nearby but again there is little there other than the outline of the buildings. It would have been awesome when it was built set on a headline with fantastic views Quattro la pizza was an amazing restaurant with an internal courtyard were approximately 40 of us ate dinner one evening. As the name suggests they specialise in pizza so don’t go there looking for pasta as you’ll be disappointed. The pizzas were so good though we did go back another evening for seconds. If you are going to drive in Nettuno do not get a big car. Your sat Nav may take you down narrow streets where having a big car is a real inconvenience.

Excellent location in the city center, surrounded by cafes, stores, and other good places. Just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches along the seaside. A lot of street parking available, with a convenient parking lot located 100 meters away at a reasonable price of around 4 euros overnight. The apartment itself provides a great experience, equipped with everything you may need. We stayed in Nettuno but also traveled to Rome and other destinations by car, and we were extremely satisfied with our choice. Fully recommended.

It was just perfect. The host is really really nice, very generous and friendly. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy with private courtyard. Breakfast was good - croissants, cheese, ham, eggs. There was a heartwarming welcome drink, free coffee whenever you want. They also lend you stuff for a beach and the beaches are really close - paid one as well as the free one. 10/10.
