A very nice hotel i the centre of Malcesine, perfect location, close to most of places to visit. The room was rather big with a nice balcony with a view over the main square. The room and the bathroom were fresh and clean. Very helpful and kind staff. The breakfast was very good, a lot of thing to chose from. Free parking, even if it took approx 15 min to walk there, but it was a lovely walk by the sea.

If there is a top hotel manager prize l would give it to Lucia Panada n the front desk of the hotel . We had a car problem and she gracefully and passionately helped us with her personal mobile and left the desk to communicate with car rental dealing with all issues and kindly did marvelous job in accommodating us even before the car issue . All staff are super friendly and hospitable, tidy clean premises, delicious breakfast . A winner place with Lucia and staff . Lots of appreciation !

Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff in reception and in the restaurant/bar - on first name terms with many of them and our daughter was spoiled! Gorgeous location perched high above the lovely town of Malcesine and the lake with views up to Riva and the mountains. Delicious food - huge choice at breakfast and dined there in the evenings on alternate nights. Pool is large and plenty of loungers etc. also a jacuzzi-style plunge pool and paddling pool for kids. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped suite with kitchenette. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful too. Communal areas in the bar/lounge/children's room all modern and spacious. Excellent all round and while usually we prefer to visit new places, we would definitely be tempted to return next year! Malcesine is a lovely town to wander around in the evening with lots of good restaurant options. Also had a nice day out by taking the ferry up the lake to Riva. Gardaland is a day trip - about 2.5 hour round trip? Recommend the paragliding from the mountain up behind the hotel too - the views from up the top of the mountain via cable car are worth it too but time it well as cable car gets busy.
