Really friendly staff, great location on the lakeside with beach (and its own wonderful private swimming pool), brilliant restaurant serving top quality food. Lovely breakfast which was very good value. The room was a fair size , very clean and with excellent facilities (shower etc). Rooms on the lake side are much quieter and have the best views. Easy 1km walk to the village with its restaurants and supermarket. Dog friendly (there is even a dedicated beach next to the hotel for dogs !). Lovely walks in the hills and around the lake.

Spent 5 days with Luciano & Pia at their beautiful house. Very welcoming couple who provided every comfort. The rooms were big, very comfortable & spotlessly clean. We enjoyed some evenings in the lovely garden, so relaxing after days of exploring the amazing area. The train into the mountains of Switzerland is quite an experience & close to this location. Lake Maggiore is 5 minutes drive away. Everything you could need is close by. We can't wait to go back in September.

    Such a little gem in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night but could have easily spent several days here. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with plenty of amenities. Best of all Alida was the perfect host. Kind and welcoming. Communication was super easy. We’d highly rate this place for any travellers passing through Ornavasso.

    From Ornavasso, it's very easy to visit the Lago Maggiore, the Orta lake, and the Ossala valley. The staff was very reactive and helpful. Gravelona, where there are lots of shops, is at a short distance. The distance from the main attractions is short. Excellent price quality.

    Clean and cosy place, well equipped, kind and welcoming people. Easy access, plenty of parking in the street, everything in Ornavasso is within walking distance. It was perfect for our work in the area.
