The apartment is in a very quiet spot with easy access to the little town and other facilities, a 15 minute drive to the main ski resort and a short walk to the cable car which also takes you up to Passo Tonale (ski resort). The customer service on arrival was great, very friendly and accommodating, even helping us find the apartment and making sure we settled in.
