Antonio was so helpful and lovely and made sure we were all set for the evening. Guided us to nearby restaurants and showed us all the amenities in the room. Bed was super comfy, room was quiet and had everything we could possibly need, also super clean! We enjoyed the extra touches like coffee in the morning!

The guest house is just a few steps to cafes and other facilities. The supermarket, bakery and laundromat are just 5 minutes walk away. There is easy access to the port and bus stops for trips to other places. The owners had supplied complimentary extras like Sardinian small cakes and small samples of body cream etc and it was wonderful to have tea making facilities and the use of a coffee machine.

Large spacious apartment, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. And large living space. Lots of facilities such as beach towels and hairdryer which were extremely useful. . Excellent communication and helpful advice from host. Free parking, nice neighbourhood. Lovely outdoor balcony with outdoor seating.

Porto Torres is a small town and one can think it has not...

Porto Torres is a small town and one can think it has not much to offer. Actually, it has some very good and special restaurants and in August it hosts the “summer carnival” which is very nice. But the nicest thing about it is the logistic position ; with maximum 30 minutes driving you can reach many different beaches in any direction

I liked the possibility to prepare my own breakfast ( don‘t like the sweet pastries you get in the cafes — or the large buffets in more expensive places) at the Balai Hotel Nice shopping place / most beautiful church Good food at the restaurants along the promenade

We found this town a little boring.

We found this town a little boring. Although it is a perfect starting point for a ferry trip to Donkey Island (with bikes rented in town), or for an intermediate stop on a journey, but not worth spending even one full day.

A perfect town for visiting the beaches of northern Sardinia. Touristy, with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Half an hour from the most famous beaches in that part of the island, La Pelosa, Mugoni, etc.

Puerto Torres isn't particularly special, except for its...

Puerto Torres isn't particularly special, except for its location. If you have to catch the ferry early in the morning, it's worth staying in Puerto Torres. It's also a good option for being close to Sintino or La Pelosa.

A simple, unpretentious town.

A simple, unpretentious town. Very traditional, with discreet and friendly people. The sea is magnificent. Be careful of illegally parked cars. The place is welcoming, and you can find all the amenities you need. We will definitely return! I felt the true values by observing and talking with the people.

Room was large with a good ensuite. Shower a little small but manageable. Room is on the fourth floor with a great view over Porto Torres. Very quiet area. Breakfast was adequate with a good selection available. The building having a lift was a bonus. Very clean room and breakfast area. Easy walking to restaurants and the Port area. The host easily contactable friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend

A beautiful view from the top floor (4) in a quiet seafront of Porto Torres. We stayed an extra night. Studio had everything we needed. Automatic gate with number code to get vehicles in to secure parking.
