We would come back every time. Despite the hotel being beautiful for itself and the landscape as well - the lovely staff is taking care of everything. Very good starting point as well to discover the most spots in tuscany. If you want peace and a relaxed stay this is your choice.

This place was absolutely incredible. The rooms were huge and airy and finished to a great standard. The location is literally 5 minutes drive from the Centro by taxi and 20 mins walk. Micheal the owner, did the kindest gesture whilst we were there. We will definitely be back. If you want a refreshing hotel in Arezzo with incredible amenities this is the place. You won’t regret it!

This review might be a bit long, but this place truly deserves every word of it. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—not just by the beautiful, authentic charm of the property, but also by the warmth and kindness of the staff and owners. We arrived hungry after a long journey, only to find out that local restaurants were closed for their afternoon break (from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM). The lovely receptionist noticed our situation, made us fresh sandwiches, and personally brought them to our room. That gesture meant the world to us. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony overlooking peaceful fields. Every day, it was perfectly cleaned, with beds made to perfection. One chilly evening, we returned to find the room already heated—just one of many thoughtful details that made our stay so special. Each day, the minibar was restocked with water and cola—completely free of charge. Dinner at the hotel is a must. The food is fantastic, the wines are superb, and the service is genuinely warm and attentive. We didn’t feel the need to eat anywhere else—this restaurant was a highlight on its own. Breakfast was also lovely, with barista-made coffee served fresh at the counter—none of that tasteless machine coffee you usually get in hotels. Another huge plus: they have a charger for electric vehicles at a very reasonable price. We charged our car every night and didn’t even need to visit a supercharger during our entire stay. We travel a lot and also work in property management, so we’ve experienced all kinds of accommodation—but this one truly stands out. It’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed at, both in terms of comfort and service. Absolutely recommend it with all our heart.
