Absolutely everything was fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent - freshly baked cake every day, croissants, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and coffee from a machine. The afternoon apperitivos are very reasonably priced with good snacks. The room was very clean and smelled great. I was in a small double room facing the railway which could be very loud but closing the window blocked out all of the noise. Great location - walking distance to both the Lavagna and Chiavari train stations, the ocean right outside and lots of restaurants nearby. Safe location for a solo female. Highly recommend staying here.

We liked everything! Great location, fantastic view! The staff is great, the service is fabulous! The guys took the headache away of parking of our car, offloaded luggage and took it to our room! The room was clean, airy and bright! We will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return.

The staff were incredibily nice and caring, almost like a family to us.:) The hotel is located very close to the beach and to some amazing restaurants. The room was nice and the breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of products.

Upon arrival, the staff immediately took the initiative to take care of our car, luggage, to clearly communicate room readiness, to personally guide us around the hotel and to give a tailored explanation about how we could optimally spend our time in Sestri Levante. We were helped in French (other guests in German or English) in a most perfect manner. I have never enjoyed this kind of personalised welcome in any other hotel.

    Difficult access over a tight old bridge & steep, narrow access road which might put some people off. Also lots of steep steps from car park up to the Villa, some of which needed repair. Nice small seaside area which a few good restaurants & promenade.
