Everything about this accommodation is excellent. Thought out to the smallest detail. Everything was perfectly clean, tidy. We immediately felt at home. This is one of the most comfortable, ideal accommodations I have ever been to. The host created a special feeling. We felt welcome. A special gift and wine were prepared. There were various food and drinks on the table and in the fridge. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and all the dishes are like new. A very comfortable bed, a soft blanket and the opportunity to choose the best of the pillows (there are both larger and smaller ones - whichever you want). If we had arrived without anything, it would have been nothing. Because everything is on site. Fantastic! Everything is perfectly thought out! Thanks to the host!

Amazing hospitality paired with great food. We only stayed two nights, but we'll stay longer next time! We booked a three bed room on Booking. It turned out to be two connected rooms, ideal for a family. The rooms are just as beautiful as the photos, with an amazing view of the ocean. There was also a great playground, beautifully nestled in the garden with lemon trees. And even chairs and umbrellas for a day at the beach. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh fruit and juice, exquisite cheeses and charcuterie, homemade jams. You immediately feel that this place is run by a family that loves to host. Everything is done with great attention to detail and care. Thank you Salvatore and the whole team for a wonderful stay. Our recommendation: Don't miss dinner at the in-house restaurant, Il Limoneto. Chef Daniela serves delicious traditional Sicilian food. The place was packed, even out of season. Lovely ambience and a menu at a very fair price.

Well , it’s my third time at Monaci . I’m just in love with that place . With the tranquility, wonderful big , beautiful rooms ( I stayed at villa ) the pool with the fantastic view. The food was amazing , just no words more to say . Very good breakfast served outside , all organic. I’m highly recommend to visit a Monaci . You will love it like me

Great place just few km from Etna. Good starting point if you are planning to visit Etna National Park or Taormina, but dont want to stay with crowds. We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights here. The customer service was exceptional. Special shout out to Massimo. No request of ours was to too much hassle. The staff are lovely people. The rooms were clean, functional and as described. The value for money is great. The shared balcony is a fantastic area to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. The location was fantastic. We loved the included breakfast and coffee each morning, as well as the option to hire bikes to get around. The restaurant also offers a fabulous view of the Fondachello ocean and has phenomenal food, especially the pasta and bruschetta. When we return to Sicily we will be staying again.

The location was good and made a great base for exploring eastern Sicily. Catania was 30 to 40 minutes by car (depending on the route), the Etna funicular was a 50-minute drive, Siracusa was 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car, and Taormina was a 35-minute drive away. There were three petrol stations nearby, with the nearest just across the road. Supermarkets were only a 10-minute walk away. Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There was also a small balcony with a table and chairs, and a view of Mount Etna. Breakfast was really good, with a great selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. The coffee was excellent. The staff were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, speaking excellent English. They provided us with all the information we needed, including restaurant recommendations and details about nearby tourist attractions. There was free parking available for guests in the hotel's large car park, which was securely locked at night.
