Very sensitively and tastefully renovated object. Clean everywhere, beautiful equipment and last but not least, the absolutely wonderful lady owner and her huge, tasty and variable breakfast. Shame we could only stay 1 night as the town is magical. Thank you very much and we recommend it to everyone!

We had a great time at Grillo! Everyone was really nice, our rooms had lots of space and the terrace was really nice to sit on. We were on the AAT and spend the rest of the day on the terrace and enjoyed the wine from Grillo, which was really good! We also got a great recommandation for a fish restaurant thats just a short walk away. And the best thing of course for us personally were the two very cute and playful golden retrievers that live there.

Very nice traditional village with perfect location between...

Very nice traditional village with perfect location between sea and mountains with a lot of traditional local hand made businesses, farms, vineyards, trattories. We enjoined swimming in the river Natisone and walking around. We made short track to the waterfall Kot. We were delighted with traditional cusine in trattoria in Altana and great coffe and local hand made cakes in charming cafe on the central square in Azzida. And really loved walking in beautiful historical center of Cividale del Friuli. I recomend to take your watershoes and get your feet wet under the Devil's bridge.
