The location was absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. All we could hear was the soothing chirping of birds, which made our stay even more special. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna in the afternoon upon request. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy, and we loved the design and the attention to detail. It truly made our experience unforgettable! Definitely recommend!!

The most amazing place I have ever stayed at. I am so glad we found this hotel. We considered staying in the center of Bolzano to be close to all the shops and restaurants, but were very glad we ended up here. If you have ever wondered how it would be to stay in a medival castle, then you've come to the right place. A perfect experience from the moment we arrived. They upgraded us to a huge suite without us requesting it, which was absolutely stunning. The castle itself sits on top of a hill with beautiful views all over the valley down to Bolzano. Bolzano is just a 15 minute drive from the castle, but I recommend visiting the local town as well as this was far more cozy and no tourists. The breakfast buffet is all you can ask for. I spend over 100 nights a year in a hotel, and this is by far one of the best I´ve ever had. The infinity pool is stunning and the views from the pool deck is out of this world. Take time and enjoy and aperitif at the bistro & bar in the backyard and make sure to try their on site restaurant. When you are seated at the breakfast or dinner table, you will feel like a king or queen in the midst of a beautifully decorated medieval village. I do hope I can come back to this lovely place sometime in the future.

Hotel is conveniently set on lovely town main square, easy to find. We were offered to park in underground garage on nearby location and were personally guided there by charming young lady. We had nice a la carte dinner on the cosy hotel terrace. Breakfast offered was rich and tasty selection of local specialties. Room was nicely furnished, bed very comfy. Staff of the facility spot on, remarkable performace and real feel good experience. This is the place we would like to visit again.

Everything was perfect, to point out: - breakfast choice and quality of food - friendly, proffesional and helpful staff - dinner degustation menus, top notch dinig - spa and all of the resting areas with comfortable beds- privacy, view, comfort - the hotel bar- great staff, very creative coctails, quality wine, music or a little christmas market on the terrace - the little lake house with private sauna- extraordinary experience to jump to the lake and then have a cup of tea - big parking garage with many electric chargers - the infinity pool - garden We had memorable and calm Christmas at the hotel and would come back anytime.
