What you need to know - on day two of our stay the bathroom...
What you need to know - on day two of our stay the bathroom lighting and hot water ceased to work in one bathroom and this could not be repaired for us. Apologies given but no offer of compensation. You will be expected to manage the garbage and take it out so be prepared for this. It sounded quiet confusing and I refused to do it - The iron was not safe to use - yet is listed as available, this was very important for our stay as we were attending a wedding. I was later told by the owner - the iron was not meant to be listed. We we told by the owner we had broken the law as we had the air conditioning set to 17. Their are no windows in the bedrooms and it got very warm at night. This law actually is only for public places but it did upset me. The property is beautiful and well located. It was a slow time of year to go but that was the best part. Not a lot of people to deal with. Some of the restarants were closed but still plenty to chose from. Weather was perfect, resturants did not have a big selection of other food than fish. The fish was served with pasta etc. but still, for a meat lover the selection was poor. The apartment is new, light and welcoming. Tony was always available by phone to answer any questions we had and offered suggestions for dining options, beach locations, etc. Appliances are all new and having a washer/dryer was extremely helpful. The staff is at the highest level, responsive, helped in all matters clearly and competently. The room is large, beautifully decorated. Breakfast is varied, in a restaurant overlooking the sea, a huge amount of fresh pastries, which was a real pleasure.
