Everything in this hotel was of a very high quality right down to the smallest of details and it all felt new. Location was lovely with views stretching over Bergamo towards Milan in the distance. Hosts most welcoming and helped us book a restaurant for the evening, which was a great recommendation. Excellent continental breakfast, which we couldn’t take advantage of due to time constraints. We booked this hotel to catch an early morning flight from Bergamo and it turned out to be a bonus.

Everything - from the welcoming, to the facilities - was perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast goes above and beyond, the view from the terrace is magical… i recommend it as a solo traveller but i can see how it can be a great fit for a group, too

This is the true definition of a boutique hotel - small, personal, great service. I loved the art theme throughout and especially my Edward Hopper themed room. It's perfectly located for exploring either the lower or upper town of Bergamo, and the security is excellent, as are the facilities - first time I've ever received an explanation of how to use the shower (although I could have used it in other hotels). The Culti toiletries were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was stunningly good - an amazing variety of everything, including many healthy options. The most impressive thing about the hotel was the staff, especially the manager, Francesco, and the front desk clerk Rebecca. The maid was also incredibly hard-working and observant and managed to clean my room thoroughly while I was at breakfast.

Everything was perfect, location is great, you can get to the hotel by direct bus from city center or airport. Staff is excellent. Rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great, and again staff is kind and always ready to help you with all your wishes. At the front of the hotel you will have a beautiful city view.

The setting for this hotel was good.

The setting for this hotel was good. The car park was not adjacent to the hotel, but it was in a quiet place with good lighting. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices was well above average and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although the room and bathroom were clean/functional, the noise in the area was a big drawback. The wrong Wi-Fi information on the room wall was also a drawback. The accommodation may be suitable for a traveler with a car, or for someone who is content to be mostly in their place or in the surrounding area.

An ideal location for a few days away.

An ideal location for a few days away. The hostess is very friendly and, despite her lack of language skills, does everything she can to understand and help you. The location is beautiful, with lovely gardens, terraces, and even a small pool. Breakfast is simple but more than adequate. If you're looking for a quiet spot, this is definitely a gem.

We just stayed one night in the hotel to get the airplane in the next morning close to Bergamo. Was pretty nice place and the staff really helpful. The only thing they can improve is a small breakfast takeaway for the people that depart early in the morning,
