The location: The house is in a small village situated in the west central part of Sardinia which makes it an excellent base for visits to all near by sides. Alghiero, Bosa, Sassari, Oristano and the excellent beaches in Arutas The place is a new modern construction (opened July 2025), have 4 rooms each on with it's one very spacious and modern bathroom with all the amenities needed in it. There is also a common area with a complete kitchen where also breakfast is served each morning. The breakfast contains mostly local products and much of them are made from the garden of Maria who with her husband Matteo are excellent hosts.. The whole space is very clean and the room we had was big with a very confortable double bed. We had direct access also to a small balcony facing a beautiful garden. Definitely a place to come back

Large rooms, wide variety at excellent breakfast, free parking in hotel area. Hotel still under construction which does not cross your holiday. Very kind staff which is ready to assist you with everything-glasses, tea, kettle and corkscreew. High quality of matraces, however, for us a bit tough pillows. Charming hotel situated in the centre of Cabras and ideally situated for visiting the area. The hotel rooms are cosy and the outside area is delightful, with trees and flowers, lots of seating and loungers by the pool, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms each have their own entrance onto the garden area. There’s no private parking but we found it easy to park nearby, however might be tricky with a big car! A good breakfast choice including home made cake and fresh coffee was included.
