Due to an accident we couldn't enjoy breakfast but dinner was lovely. Fabio was so helpful and drove my wife & I to a hospital when we could not find a taxi. Full marks for customer service!

Excellent place, and a great base for going to towns like Pienza and Montepulciano. Beautiful view from the room, which was equipped with everything you might need during the stay. Bed was super comfortable. And not the least, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Roberta was a wonderful host. We had to change our itinerary at the last minute and arrived a few hours later than expected. She immediately offered to pick us up at the train station and take us to the apartment. She then helped us to arrange transportation to get to a rehearsal dinner outside of the city. She went above and beyond excellent service!

A great space, fully equipped with everything you need. The host was fantastic, went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. I could not figure out how to use the air con and the host was very fast in responding and remotely turned it on immediately (which was needed in 35 degree heat). Full information was given regarding free parking which was very helpful.

The apartment is located in a house close to the highway entrance/exit. The area is quiet with little traffic. The rooms are tastefully furnished (the owners are a family of visual artists). The kitchen is equipped with all accessories. In the bathroom, there's even a washing machine. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space. The apartment also has a large terrace with armchairs and a small table, perfect for coffee, for example. The host is extremely kind and friendly, providing all the details and directions you need to navigate the region. There is parking space both in the yard and outside, just a 3-minute walk away. We will gladly return!

An absolute dream stay at I colli dei frati! 🌿⛪️ From the very first moment, we felt this was a special place: surrounded by greenery, with a peaceful atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the church – simply magical. The apartment is spacious, full of light, and decorated with so much love that you immediately feel at home. Warm colors, perfectly clean rooms, and every detail thoughtfully arranged – from the fully equipped kitchen to the ironing board, everything you might need is there. The terrace is a little paradise: comfortable seating, calm all around, and nature at your doorstep. Safe parking makes everything easy and stress-free. The host is a true gem – warm, attentive, and welcoming, yet never intrusive. We were even greeted with a lovely local treat on the table, which made us feel immediately cared for. 💛 The location is excellent: only a couple of minutes to the center of Sinalunga, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and gas stations close by. With a car it’s perfect; on foot a bit of a climb, but the view and serenity are more than worth it.

A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard.

A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard. Narrow winding streets, a really neat town square- the Piazza Garibaldi- had breakfast there every morning at the Bar Langola. Neat restaurants and shops. Great location, only @40 km from Florence, 200 km to Rome. Easy access to anywhere in Tuscany and the Chiani Valley. I could retire here. FYI, no public transportation, best to rent a car. The streets are beautiful but challenging, drive carefully.

Great apartment including everything that is needed for a comfortable stay (we stayed 8 nights; 2 adults, 4 kids). It is spacious and very clean. Free parking is in front of the apartment (visible from the window), plus there is more than enough free and available parking close the building. Very good location, with nice pizzeria, gelateria, cafe, bakery just near the building on the square, and a small swimming pool a few minutes walk. The owner is very nice and helpful, communication was great. Highest recommendation.

Amazing place, authentic atmosphere, nice breakfast. We stayed in the family room on the 3rd floor with direct elevator access. Comfortable beds, cozy room. Marica was so polite. I recommend steak restaurant close to the hotel.

The holiday apartment was big and it had all kitchen appliances, washing machine, air-to-air heat pump. The free parking place near the apartment was a big plus and also the short distance to interesting small places nearby.
