This property is brand new. There are still a few items that need to be completed at the property however, they do not impact your stay. The room was lovely, the breakfast was perfect, the location is fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

The decor in the hotel was quite interesting, room was very spacious and bed was quite comfortable, breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall very good for our stay in Perugia. Walking to the city center can be a bit of a challenge for some as all the way is uphill especially with the hot weather

Great position, close to the antic center, could walk few minutes from the minimetro station. I felt really safe around and welcome by the staff. Before i got there i asked to stay for one more night, so they upgraded me to a bigger room with the same price. Had my privacy and my comfort go out and return whenever i want. Thank you a lot!

We are delighted with our stay, the first impression is already great. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, well-kept hotel, clean and nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in. Good location, close to the mini metro. I hope to visit again someday.

    A beautiful quiet tranquil town with superb scenic views. Lovely church and a delightful cafe/delicatessen with hams and local produce. We spent a morning there as we stayed close by and had scenic views of Solomeo from our accommodation. Every stitch of Brunello Cuccinelli's clothing company is created in Italy, mostly in and around Solomeo, the 14th century Perugian hamlet that Cucinelli has lovingly and personally restored over the past two decades and where his clothing empire is based.
