A great hotel! Despite minor shortcomings, it can't be given less than 10 points. A very kind owner waited for me and checked me in, explained where it was most convenient to park. The breakfast from the restaurant a la carte deserves special admiration, as well as a small buffet with drinks. I asked for a glass of prosecco and they brought it to me for free. The view from the window is excellent on the cathedral square. I have already sent a link to this hotel to all my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Arts Club Suite & Spa. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and very atmospheric, with a stylish and elegant decor. We stayed in a two-room apartment with an incredible view and two large balconies, where we could relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape. The apartment was clean and spacious, featuring private bathroom, two fridges and a small kitchen with coffee express (if there is a need for glasses or cutlery you need to ask at the reception). We were warmly welcomed, and Cristina, the host, made sure we had everything we needed and felt at ease. She also recommended some great local restaurants and even offered to make reservations for us. The hotel features a lovely spa with a jacuzzi and sauna, which was available exclusively to us for 50 minutes each day. It was a great way to unwind and relax, though you need to book your time with the staff in advance. The atmosphere was perfect. We felt well cared for, but the service was never intrusive. It was a great place to rest, recharge, and explore the beautiful countryside. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the busy city, a relaxing spa experience, and a chance to explore the stunning Tuscany region.
