The breakfast and dinners were great, we relaxed in and around the pool for the day and it was spectacular! The staff were extremely friendly! They have a spot to charge EV's too which was perfect for us.

I had such a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was amazing!! everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The spa was definitely my favorite part. There’s so much to enjoy, from the jacuzzi to the calming atmosphere, but the massage really stood out—it was one of the best I’ve had, and the lady who gave it was incredibly kind and professional. The room were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were exceptionally gracious and made me feel like a valued guest from the very first moment. Their warm welcome and genuine care set the tone for the whole experience. A special thanks as well to the restaurant manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made every meal feel special—he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that I truly appreciated. I did encounter a small issue during my visit, but the management handled it immediately and provided a thoughtful solution that left me completely satisfied.😊 Overall, this hotel is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with outstanding service and wonderful people. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. ⛰️🌲🌳

We loved our stay at Beohotel even if it was only for 1 night. Giacomo and his girlfriend were very friendly and thoughtful and we appreciated that they helped us book a spa in the evening and gave us a discount card code to use around Trentino which was very useful. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient for us with options for celiacs. The room was big and it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that it had a balcony with a view towards the mountains. Totally recommend booking your stay here!

I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season. The food was delicious and I very much recommend it.

    We were absolutely excited.

    We were absolutely excited. Especially the communication with Lucas and his willingness was exceptional. He helped us with everything and provided valuable advice and recommendations himself. The rooms are spacious and clean, the common area with a fireplace is great for a larger group of friends. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. Stenico is a wonderful old village with a beautiful castle. I highly recommend and would love to go back.
