The hotel and apartments are beautiful, we had a 180 degree sea view with spectacular sunrise. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant to us during our stay. Breakfast and dinner were top quality and abundant in variety. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful location.

The place is amazing! It operates like a small city. You can find everything you need in there. There is no need to go out. The restaurant is huge, free wine with every meal, the beach was kind of private, only for us. Amazing experience. Every night there were live music and games. I would love to comeback.

Location The location is absolutely perfect. Stintino is a small, charming town, and the guesthouse sits directly above a peaceful little harbor. Within walking distance, you’ll find several excellent restaurants – our favorite was Lu Fanali, which combines great food, attentive service, and a stunning view. Every Thursday, there’s a lively market in the town square just 500 meters away, and less than 100 meters from the house there’s La Pietreria, a small shop with an excellent selection of local products. Parking was never a problem, as we could always find a spot right near the accommodation. Despite being so central, the place is wonderfully quiet – we slept with the windows open, and there was total silence throughout the night. Room & Comfort The house has five rental rooms, and ours (Room 3, upstairs) was outstanding. Recently renovated, tastefully designed, and equipped with efficient and very quiet air conditioning, it made the room a cool and comfortable retreat even on hot days. The bathroom was spacious enough, featuring a modern shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The bed was very comfortable, with a medium-firm mattress and a double blanket. A special touch was having two pillows per guest, each with different firmness, so you can choose what suits you best.

Sardegna is overpriced for what it is.

Sardegna is overpriced for what it is. Sure you come for the picturesque beaches but you'll pay for it. To stay at the beach and get an umbrella and two beach chairs will cost you 50EUR. The food is extremely at the beach restaurant, just junk food really. not a proper Italian experience. We struggled to find good restaurants in the area, there was only one really nice one down at the port Ristorante Lina, but apart from that we couldn't wait to move on to our next adventure.

The area is really remote if you open to go to restaurants...

The area is really remote if you open to go to restaurants and explore a bit. Really secluded and can be expensive for beach equipment hire and excursions. I think the rest of Sardinia has much to over in the cities and beaches. Beach is really nice there but congested and overcrowded.

Beaches and landscape are amazing.

Beaches and landscape are amazing. I regret I didn t book La Pelosa beach in advance. It is necessary to book for La Pelosa beach. I still enjoyed staying on the rocks near the beach. But next time I will book in advance at least one day on the beach.

There is not much to do around Stintino.

There is not much to do around Stintino. Only reason worth visiting is for La Pelosa beach which is quite rightly one of the best beaches in Sardinia. We spent 5 days at the beach and didn’t do much else.

the villa is in an amazing location.

the villa is in an amazing location. The pool is wonderfully warm and refreshing throughout the day. The villa has everything we needed. I will miss the view from the terrace during breakfast. So much beauty in one place. The neighbors are absolutely amazing and nice. Luca was helpful in everything and so was Daniela. We will definitely be back.

A great villa, which was one of four. It had a small garden area with BBQ and a large veranda next to the property for outside dining. Additionally there a separate garden area for each villa with a small pool in each. It was an ideal location between Stintino and Pelosa beach. The view from the terrace and garden over the sea was amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable.

The location was excellent - just a short stroll to the most beautiful beaches, including the world-famous La Pelosa beach. The property was located in a quiet cul de sac immersed in gardens, and with a typically Sardinian landscape. The property itself was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our short stay. The owner of the property was super helpful and his instructions and guidance were faultless.

The room was basic but all we needed for a one night stay. The view from our balcony was amazing. Being able to use the hotel’s facilities at the beach, i.e. the sun lounges and food/bar was great. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious and took in the beautiful view. Reception staff were helpful.

Great Hotel very near to the town center and the beach of La Pelosa. Hotel provides a shuttle to the La Pelosa and Gabbiano beaches and is also possible to get tickets to the La Pelosa at the reception. The room is of very good size and confortable. Bathroom is also great. Brilliant breakfast provided.
