The staff were the kindest and so helpful. We encounter some odd odor in our room and we were offered other room options we could choose from. The breakfast had a great selection and started early, 7:30, which we really liked. Our room was great as well.

This B&B is very well located close to the town center, but yet along the road that passes the town. On the other side of the road is a parking place for the car. The host was very friendly. The room is spacious en had everything one needs for a comfortable overnight stay. The host gave us a tip for the restaurant for the evening : 'Liutprando'. It was a very good one, and very close to the B&B.

The couple who run this adorable apartment are two of the loveliest people that I have met. The love of their village, history and the joy that they can deliver through this apartment is everywhere from the doormat, to Jim Morrison, the washing machine- absolutely every detail is beautifully presented. Unfortunately I had to walk on or I’d still be there!

We liked everything about the experience. Patrizio is a great communicator and a lovely guy. Access to the apartment was trouble free. There is a supermarket a few hundred metres away The apartment was clean and well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine and drying facilities.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We had dinner at home, right where we were staying. The host was friendly and kind — he even baked us a delicious local pie and brought it to us in the evening. I highly recommend this place. Many thanks to the hosts for their warm hospitality.

Very friendly owner: he brought mineral water for us. There were enough coffee capsules for the coffee machine, some chips, brioches- enough for breakfast the next morning. The apartment was perfectly cleaned. Perfect on the Via Francigena!

The communication with Marvin was very flexible and clear. He provided the transfer from Sutri and, in the morning, back to the town, since the room isn't located directly in town. The breakfast was very nice and rich. A bonus for me was meeting great people here.

What a pity we were only there for the one night. A beautiful apartment, comfortable, decorated with flair, and everything that we needed had been thought of. And it’s in a top location. Stay nowhere else in Sutri.
