Friendly & lovely staff, we got great tips for Bologna and Modena (museums etc)! We had two single beds reserved but got change to double bed when asked <3 !!! Staff told it was just renovated side of the hotel. Breakfast, swimming pool and tennis court all 5/5 ! Bed was awesome sleeped so well, room service (food&wine) ~15mins, big room. Location 15-20 mins from centre of Bologna by car, easy access!! Great place, we stayed for 2 nights but easily could have stayed longer!!! Great price-quality valuation!

Tania has been a very friendly and attentive host. You are not only a guest, she really makes you feel welcome. That's very kind of her. We were allowed to use the pizza oven in the garden, which was an extra lovely bonus. The garden is really big and peaceful. The pool was great, and all the beds were really comfortable (which is really a characteristic for outstanding quality, because you do not always get that). A real home from home.

Absolutely great place to spend a few days in the Bologna area. The best way to get there is by car. Nella welcomed us very warmly to her beautiful home and immediately recommended restaurants and places to visit. Very modern and well equipped rooms and common areas. We had a swimming pool and hammam and infrared saunas and bicycles at our disposal. Tasty breakfasts with homemade baked goods. Nella was very involved and contact with her was impeccable via Whatsapp. Very good location for outings to the city, mountainous areas or the Adriatic Sea. Absolutely high recommended!!!
