Great, large room that was very clean. Bed was comfortable and was easy to control the temperature in the room with the air con. Every morning our room was cleaned and bed made. The shower was great. And the breakfast was honestly wonderful, the ladies running the business couldn’t do enough for you.

The Da Nando restaurant's food is exceptional. We would give it 5 stars. We had for dinner the basic menu and it was an absolute delight and deserves a highest rating. The friendliness was great, with unexpected generosity. Little welcomes, a glass of bubbly. Our room at the hotel was large and very tastefully decorated. We directly felt at home. It was sparkling clean, like the hotel in general. Very friendly welcome. Breakfast choices very good. In total, our stay exceeded our expectations by far.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light. We especially loved the sunny balcony – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast each morning was a real treat, featuring a lovely selection of traditional ham and cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, and sweets – all thoughtfully presented and delicious. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel special. The location is ideal if you're attending events at Villa Manin, which is just a short distance away. We only wish we had more time to explore the area – it’s definitely a place we’d love to return to!

A beautiful hidden gem in a quite city. Clean rooms with all the basic amenities that we needed for an overnight stay. We travelled with our young kids and the host was very kind and accommodating to them. There is an amazing pizzeria within a 4 min walk from the bnb which the host recommended for our dinner.

Everything was absolutely fine. We had to modify our check in time because of traffic issues but there was no problem with it at all. Dogs in the back garden are super cute :). All important facilities like pizzeria, supermarket, ice cream, etc. are nearby. Our host was really helpful and gave us very good breakfast. Also there is an insane amount of choice of available types of coffee which is definitely a big plus because we are heavily addicted. We will definitely return.

Fabulous apartment last minute booking on our travels and was close enough to where we were travelling too. Shop across the street onsite parking great terrace. Three beers on arrival, gotta love that.. Would definitely recommend.

I only stopped overnight on the way to Croatia but I know the area well. Talmassons is not really 'happening' but you can get quickly to many interesting places- Palmanova, Udine, Spilimbergo, San Daniele...
