We had a fantastic stay at this charming b&b. Amazing hosts who put so much love in the place from the decor to the lovely breakfast spread with everything home made or fresh and locally sourced. Rooms are comfy and cozy with a lovely terrace and great views. Located in very cute little town. In years of using Booking.com this was our best find. A gem of a place.

This is a hidden gem! So glad we found this. Filippo, Katia and their staff were so friendly and made us feel like family. This place is beautiful! You can tell they keep things up to date and work hard to maintain it. Food is amazing. We ate at the restaurant for 2 of our 3 nights. All home cooked meals. Katia and her staff always made sure we were satisfied. Rooms are clean Beds were made daily. Bathrooms are all newly renovated. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend everyone to try this Bed and Breakfast.

Fantastic Holiday Experience in the Most Beautiful Location! We had the most wonderful holiday in this lovely house, which we rented from an incredibly kind and helpful man. The house is located in the most beautiful setting – peaceful, idyllic, and perfect for relaxing. A lovely family took care of the maintenance throughout our stay and made sure the pool was always clean and inviting. It was a pleasure to see how much they cared about making our stay enjoyable. The host was extremely sweet and accommodating. He constantly ensured that everything met – and even exceeded – our expectations. He always responded very quickly to our messages and fulfilled all our requests with a smile. It’s hard to recommend this place enough – it was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to come back!

    This place was incredible.

    This place was incredible. The property was beautiful and so well kept. The owner, Alex, could t have done more to make sure we were comfortable in our stay and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was really friendly, great with our kids and made us feel like we were at home. The rooms were so well decorated, the beds comfy and Alex had great recommendations for exploring the area nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back in an instant.

    This is a great base for your Chianti Classico visit.

    This is a great base for your Chianti Classico visit. Head out on windy roads with each drop and rise opening views of vineyards, olive groves and honey colored houses. Taste test to your heart’s content and head out early to catch dinner in a medieval hill top town. Or, you could settle down with a glass in hand and read through that pile of books you brought along! Eat at Bar el Poggio or the La Toppa Trattoria in the Main Street, both are great. Parking is 5 euros a day or free, depending when you get there (be early!).

    Beautiful and quiet area that is a short 15-30 minute vespa/car ride away from many popular Tuscan towns and Chianti vineyards. Also the perfect spot to take day trips to either Florence, San Gimignano, or Siena (each 30-50 mins away).

    We had a great stay at Podere Vigliano. The apartment was super spacious, very clean and with a superb view onto the vineyards from the garden and swimming pool. From Tavernelle we could easily reach a lot of nice cities, and the restaurants Niccolo recommended were truly one of the best of our entire holiday. All in all, we would definitely come back to Podere Vigliano another time.

    It is located in the city center. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need in a house. We received a very good bottle of wine from the host. Even though the outside temperature was high, it was comfortable inside. They have a free parking place behind the property. We really recommend it.
