This was one of the most enjoyable stays that we had during our two week vacation in Italy. It was so pleasant that we stayed for an extra night exploring the nearby coastline and coming back for a second night stay. It is located in the midst of the old buildings in the castle at the edge of town by the marina. The GPS was appropriately confused and finding it and actually getting to the Front Door was quite difficult. We eventually figured out that we could drive into the castle and we actually found a parking space in one of three parking areas around the periphery of the castle buildings. When we finally walked to the hotel, we were greeted by an absolutely marvelous staff person who spoke excellent English. We went back together to the car and she gave us a special pass to put in the window so that the police would know that we are staying in the castle and can be parking in the castle area. We also asked where we could go for dinner. They recommended one place that was completely full and instead we walked around the corner and found ourselves on a spectacular pedestrian only walkway that had multiple cute looking restaurants. The one we chose was outstanding and we had a lovely dinner all within about four or five minutes of walking from the hotel. The room itself was extremely modern, well laid out and lovely. Everything worked beautifully and the water was hot. The air conditioning worked well which we always like to have even if it has been a cool day outside just so that we can shut the windows. However, shutting the windows was not really necessary since the room was absolutely quiet all night. We walked approximately 20 feet away from our room entry over to the office to have breakfast in their downstairs dining area. It was interesting to have them get breakfast for us by us just pointing at what we wanted but the cappuccino and the breakfast choices were lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast immensely on both days. The town itself was lovely as well.

It was absolutely perfect, Luigi the owner was the most accommodating landlord, I struggled a bit with the techs legalities of all the online forms but he sorted everything and made it all so simple! The rooms are perfect, clean, tidy and minimalistic, I would recommend that a group of guests stay here, they’d be close but still have their own space and it’s sooooo close to all the restaurants, beach, etc. I can’t fault this place whatsoever, I had an amazing stay!

These rooms are very centrally located which was perfect for our weekend break. The old walled part of the town - with a grandiose Swabian castle, beautiful cathedral and lovely narrow alleys - is only 5 minutes away. The ground floor room (we stayed in the Silver room) was spotless and entrance was hassle-free. It was really quiet and the beds are super comfortable. The owner has set everything up to make your stay smooth. It was like living in Termoli rather than staying in Termoli - we were independent but the owner is on hand if you need. There is free curb-side parking outside. If you arrive when shops are open, it might be a bit busier but there was lots of relatively cheap paid parking near by - just 2 minutes' walk away. Parking is free everywhere after 8pm and on Sunday in Termoli and in this part of town it is a lot easier to get in and out even off season.
