this place was a really nice surprise! we felt like visiting an old fried, Luisa took exceptional care of us, made sure we had a great visit every day! What really made this a great holiday: - good bus connections to Maiori and from there bus or ferry anywhere else on Amalfi coast (exception Sunday - do not rely on public transport on sunday) - very comfy bed and PILLOWS! finding good pillows and two per person at that is very rare even in five star hotels. we had good sleep every night - beautiful location in lush green mountains - very clean, smelled lovely, nice decor (very much like my mums place), Luisa as an artist pays attention to even small details making the place feel like home.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of home grown and homemade products -perfect. The location is beautiful, in a vineyard. We were given an impromptu tour of the vineyard and a complimentary winetasting -could not have asked for more, lots of beutiful scenery and restaurants nearby. Bobby the dog added to the stay with his character.

The host offered to come and pick us up from the bus station as we’d otherwise have to wait for the bus for sometime which was so nice!! He was so helpful and gave us so much advice with things to do around the area! The hotel is located up in the mountains and has beautiful views just outside the doorstep. It was so nice getting away from the very touristic areas as this place is a bit further away. There’s a bus just a few min away that will take you to the centre and the beach.

This place is great! The apartment is spacious and the garden with the beds and small pool is beautiful and has a great view over the mountains. It is a quiet place but close to the highlights of the Amalfi coast by car. Also close to the beach. The owner is really kind and always willing to help. She gave some good recommandations for restaurants and parking spaces. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this...

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this place! Out of all the places we visited during our trip, this was by far the best. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. The host was incredible—so welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more special. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It's even nicer than the pictures show, with a unique charm that comes from being a family-owned business dating back to the 1700s. You can really feel the history and care that's gone into maintaining it. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to return in the future!

Lovely area as few tourists, great views and hugely relaxing. Its location does mean getting around isn't a walking area as there are no pavements and the roads are winding, narrow and cars are close, but the area is served by a bus Sita Sud - use the app to plan your journeys as their website didn't quite reflect the actual bus times on occasions and can be 2/3 hrs between buses as we discovered! Great restaurants. Having a car would be beneficial as we did, but isn't for less confident drivers. Very much worth a stay - great local wine, cheeses and a slice of authentic Italy.

Nice little town with a couple of places to eat, local shops with very friendly residents. Transport needed from Tramonti to explore the wider area, as Tramonti itself is quite remote (15 minutes drive from nearest coast at Maiori).

You take your life into your own hands driving on roads around Tramonti and the Amalfi Coast It is like the wild west Cars and bikes constantly tailgate you and roar past at first opportunity Other vehicles coming towards you drive in the middle of the road It is a miracle that we returned our hire car with no damage

Wonderful place in a peaceful location surrounded by lemon groves. Marika and her brothers who run the place are super friendly and eager to please their guests. Made us feel right at home. The room is basic but comfy and offers great views. Loved the balcony area where you can sit and just stare at the view for hours. Breakfast was great and really enjoyed the lemon grove tour that Marika gave us before our departure. Would definitely come back if in the area.

Great location, spotlessly clean, good breakfast, amazing host! Antonio was so sweet and welcoming. He kindly helped us plan a day of driving along the Amalfi Coast and gave us some great advice for places to visit and eat! Tramonti is well located and away from the craziness of Positano and Amalfi, but close enough to visit for the day. The hotel was well maintained and our room had a beautiful view of the valley. Would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Amalfi Coast for a couple of days.
