This is a stunning medieval property tastefully upgraded with all that you need. The location and the views of the surrounding hills and valleys is stunning. The hostess went out of her way to make myself and my fellow worker comfortable. It was only a shame that we were there for work as this site is perfect for a holiday. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.

The hotel is situated in the most stunning place high up on the mountains, if you drive and you are brave you want to drive over the mountains to the hotel because the views are another leave beautiful, however… the drive over the mountains was an extreme sport, The hotel itself is peaceful place with very friendly staff, in fact I stayed an extra night :)

We continue to stay here as Domus allows pets and the rooms are lovely with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and mini fridge. Fruits and nuts, coffee and teas are provided as well. The staff is always kind. Easy access to main square in town center and easy walk to train station.

We stayed only for 1 night but we choose probably best accommodation for value. Central location, everything is reached by walk. Room was fantastic, comfortable bed, clean room and facilities. Liked · Staff were incredible. We arrived around 8 on a Saturday night and found crowds all the way up the high street and all parking taken. Oh oh. Some trepidation! My wife went in and was assured we could just pull over on the side of the road (don’t worry the police are in the festival no one is checking!) There is a lovely restaurant bar at La Stazione but when asking for somewhere to eat the staff urged us to joint the festival which was a walking food festival taking you around the town culminating in viewing the stars on “glass night”. We did this as the family with a 9 and 11 year old in tow and it was a magical evening. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we walked with large groups of lovely locals chatting away (we speak no Italian so there was a lot of gesturing and smiling!) between food stations of steak tartar, the best risotto and pasta we’d ever eaten and loads of other regional delicacies and lots and lots of wine with local musicians playing us along the way. Truly Magical evening and thank you to the staff for recommending Breakfast the next morning was superb. The only downside was the room was a bit noisy above the bar but this was a once a year town fete so understandable! Absolutely loved our night here, life long meteorites of a perfect Italian experience were created for the whole family. The children were in heaven and have already said it’s the best holiday they’ve ever had or will ever have! Highly highly tecommend joint the festival if you get the chance, it was the 10th of August this year
