This B&B in the middle of the mountains is definetly to recommend. We had an amazing view over the mountains,a cosy bedroom and the best: the breakfast which was prepared with love by our host Maria. This lovely and kind person made our stay perfect.

The place is off the turist path, but it is well positioned for hiking trails (Gorropu, Pedra lunga, Goloritze). As such It offers a unique experience of an Italian village (non turistic) I'm, where the local bar/pizzeria is the place where people meet, talk, come and go 5 times before you finish the pizza. Carlo, the owner, was very friendly and treated us with a home made pie (thanks to his mom). All in all a very nice experience.

I don't normally ever give 10 ratings, but this location is worthe breaking the rule. If you are looking for all mod cons this might not be the perfect place for you but if you are in search of charming authentic and romantic (in all meanings of the word) stay in the heart of Sardinina you won't find better! In the middle of the charming village of Urzulei, with perfect acces to hiking in some of the most execptional places in Sardinia, this beautifully restored cottage has all the practicallities you might need (inc parking and air con). GB is the host with the most! With a personal welcome, available help with the area, and even a properly stocked kitchen for at least a meal or two, hospitality rarely reaches this level of personal attention and care!

A destination under rocks is amazing!!! You can go to the mountains just from hotel, staff is nice with english and kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! Morning or evening...🙂🙂🙂 you can enjoy sunset from your balcony

After many stays this year, I could not miss the end of the 2023 season at Hotel Orlando. Big thanks to all the staff which made my stays always fantastic, and particularly to Maria Assunta (reception), Giovanna (breakfast), and Marcella (SPA). I am gonna miss Hotel Orlando until next year.
