The house where the apartments are located is out of the town, not sure, maybe 10-15km, it is really quiet around, at least for Saturday evening. Everything inside looks like new, and it was spotless. The host was very helpful, but by mistake, I guess, one of the beds was not ready for the third person. After contacting the host, he sent someone, and everything was prepared quickly

Very clean and spacious rooms The corridors and lobby who live up to expectations with splendid antique furniture, sculptures, paintings and prints, along with fresh flowers, rich fabrics and marble floors. The staff is very professional, friendly and creating a warm, hospitable atmosphere that never tips over into stiff formality. Friendly & lovely staff, we got great tips for Bologna and Modena (museums etc)! We had two single beds reserved but got change to double bed when asked <3 !!! Staff told it was just renovated side of the hotel. Breakfast, swimming pool and tennis court all 5/5 ! Bed was awesome sleeped so well, room service (food&wine) ~15mins, big room. Location 15-20 mins from centre of Bologna by car, easy access!! Great place, we stayed for 2 nights but easily could have stayed longer!!! Great price-quality valuation!

The hotel is located close to an industrial zone. For me it was perfect because I was at work every day. The staff is really nice. There is a swimming pool but unfortunately it was closed (end of May). Breakfast really nice. There is a shopping area near the hotel.

Amazing breakfast. Out of town location but highly recommend euro 1.50 bus fare to city with frequent timings. Also excellent restaurant very close to hotel for evening food.
