Villa Eva Hotel & Beach has it ALL: a spectacular location; elegant finishing in rooms and corridors; great facilities (from the vast terraces in every room with the amazing views to the private pebble beach, pool area and elegant bar and restaurant) that make it impossible not to relax and, if only for a moment, forget about your worries (I did… And I would have thought it impossible!). And then there’s the staff: the finest, most professional and genuinely helpful people you’ll ever meet! We are so grateful to them… Grazie mille! Value for money? I still can’t believe we paid what we paid, got what we got… and all with a hearty and delicious breakfast, to boot! This place made the 3200 km (all round) drive from where we live worth every aching minute and every drop of fuel!

Very warm welcome by Hotel staff and I could even choose the room! The room was quite spacious for Italy and had even a balcony. The room was very clean and had all what we expected. Also the breakfast was great done and you get more then just a croissant and a coffee, what would be typical in Italy!

The flat was very spacy and very nice. It was very well equipped. An very nice note is that the owner (Angela) had some old furniture (well renovated and functional) as well as a variety of very nice (nicelly decorated) plates, cups etc. Also some nice paintings were decorating the walls. My point is that such details make you feel this place like home (or momy's or grand's mother home). We felt very comfortable and warm in this place. Breakfast was also nice and reach. The super top was the bed and the pillow. Angela this what we enjoyed the most. Very good choise you made!

Salvatore is an exceptional host who gained a lot of experience renting his multiple houses so he acts very professionally. We had very smooth communication before and during the stay. The apartment was easy to access, was very clean and we slept like babies on the comfy mattresses. Our kids had a great time too and left a very nice note to the owner. Amazed at the attention to detail & beautiful furnishings & renovation of apartment. Very warm welcome & very much appreciated our bags being carried to the 4th floor! In fact host helped with bags on arrival & departure. Excellent & very generous breakfast . Great location to exploring city, markets near by - bonus to find weekly Friday market with 460 stalls !!! Also regular town market with food, flowers etc very close. Easy 5 min walk from railway station.
