The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

Great location in the Sandcastles resort. So this is someone's condo inside the resort and the resort rents it out while the people are away. It’s on the main street very near the cruise terminal, many stores, restaurants and tourist traps. The beach is a fenced out public beach but you get access for free with your resort bracelet. Unlike in Negril, you can't just wander to the beach at any hour. The resort has a pool with a mini water slide and a bar with live music at night. It gets lively. Since it's a condo, the wifi somes with the condo, it doesn't work in the full resort. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge and a stove. I used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast.

Good value for the price! I was able to book transportation from Montego Bay airport with the hotel for me and my adult son; along with our 3 checked bags, personal items and carryon for $60.00 U.S. I needed a stop over hotel just to be able to unpack our suitcases for my 10 siblings. The hotel had everything we needed to be comfortable. I am glad that there was mesh on their windows, air conditioning, good wifi, fridge and a microwave. Everything worked beautifully. The staff were friendly, helpful, personable and accommodating. We ate dinner at Soldiers Restaurant which was within a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. We has a very simple breakfast the next morning at the hotel before being picked up by family. Moving forward, Pineapple Court will be my newly stop over place to stay in Ochie. A great big thank you to all of the staff at Pineapple Court for working so hard in the heat to make our stay a success!🤗

This villa has exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. From the peaceful atmosphere, everything made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic, close to so many shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The best part about Ochi is how it was compact and yet like a village with everything that you need. I saw the new pavement being laid,it could have been carried out with a little more urgency and the road crossing being made over (painted) and even if it’s only for a few hours a day crossing guards to make motorists aware of with signs the pedestrians right of way

Amazing!so many places to go and things to do.

Amazing!so many places to go and things to do. The local people were kind and friendly. There was no incident of violence or aggression throughout our stay. So many restaurants, well kept beaches and rivers. The streets were always clean. Traffic reasonable.

Wonderful place.

Wonderful place. We enjoyed everything about it (find the little gem which is the natural mineral pool - so refreshing!). The staff are wonderful -- friendly, helpful and attentive. The singing chef making our eggs at breakfast is a superstar! As a place to chill out and have some 'us time' it was perfect. Highly recommend it.

Ochi Rios typical tourist location in Jamaica where...

Ochi Rios typical tourist location in Jamaica where specific populations are served. There are hidden gems to be found but you have to search them out. Insiders stay up in the hills above Ochi and drive down. The toll road is not far so you can explore other parts of the island. It’s not a bad staging point and there is lots to do if you wish to be active. A good staging point for adventurers further afield.
