The staff was extremely helpful and patient. All my requests were met, even those that seemed impossible. The Jamaican-style breakfast in the mornings was delicious despite the fact that the menu needs some revamping. The restaurants (The Decadence and Lattitude Lounge) were exceptional. The property was very clean and the rooms were well-kept. The location was ideal, especially when seeking a little getaway/ chill spot. The front desk manager and her team were very polite and welcoming, they even gave me a complimentary upgrade to another room.

The location was perfect, just far enough fro ⁹ the town to be quiet, peaceful and scenic, yet close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
