I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally neat and well-maintained, with everything spotless and organized, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely polite and courteous throughout my visit. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was always ready to help with a warm smile, which truly made me feel welcome. Another big advantage of this hotel is its prime location. It’s conveniently situated close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very easy to get around and explore the city without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service and a great location. I look forward to staying here again!

Everything was nice, Good location, Very comfortable and clean rooms, Breakfast buffet was delicious and with many choices. but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Fares Almoghrabi, the reception manager and all the reception staff specially Ali and Ali !, many thanks to Mr. Khaldoon Alhares, and special thanks to Ms. Urti, the operations manager. We had a great stay , the apartment was amazing !! It has everything you need just like home, the rooms are so clean, the area very quiet and closed to many of stores, malls and restaurants... Everything you need. Mr Yassin very kind and so friendly and I'm so glad that I met him, next time I won't search for places to stay in Amman anymore!! For sure I will choose this apartment again!! It was like staying with family only better. Achmed was so very helpful and friendly. I was welcomed like a brother. We had some great conversations and laughter and ventured out in downtown having coffee and mansaff (highly recommended) with other guests. Also I had an issue with my flight to cairo which was quickly and efficiently rebooked by Achmed at 4.00 am enabling me to keep to my travel plans. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend it to everyone. Thanks my younger brother!
