The hotel was in a fantastic location, a 2 minute walk from the centre of Jerash and a 10 minute walk from the entrance to the ruins. Abou was exceedingly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Jerash.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional thanks to the kindness and generosity of Abdul Tunis who went above and beyond in his service and helpfulness. We were upgraded at no extra charge, the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds so comfortable, location and view outstanding. When we were too tired to go out and get dinner Abdul ordered us in local food ensuring we paid local prices. He did our laundry for us and always had a smile with no catch. We can not rate this hotel highly enough predominantly because of the outstanding kindness and humbleness of Abdul Tunis - thankyou my friend for making an otherwise ordinary stay extraordinay

Nice location with a beautiful view. Better if you have a car, because is on the top of the hill and a bit far from the center. Even if I am tall 1:85 I survived :) make the most of lying down, resting with a cup of tea. Great breakfast in the garden.
