Everything was clean and organized. Had things on our disposal like water, cups, plates etc and also a first aid kit that was super useful in the end! The location was perfect, close to Amman, close to the Dead Sea and Madaba! We love it! The guy at the reception was incredibly nice, tasty breakfast served on the roof terrace with a wonderful view on the Dead Sea.

The Black Iris is a lovely, friendly hotel located in a quiet part of Madaba yet close to all of the attractions and restaurants. The staff is exceptional, extremely communicative and going the 'extra-mile' to make sure you are comfortable and need to get where you are going. They arranged for me both an airport pickup and a transfer to the Allenby Bridge - wonderful drivers who took the stress out of travel!
