This hotel is really worth a stay! The hotel is situated in the old city of As-Salt a little bit higher so the view from the balcony is really amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, we had a wonderful room with a balcony that was not only very clean but beautifully designed. One can see the love and passion that the people working there put in it. The breakfast was traditional Arabic breakfist and very delicious, also served in a beautiful way. My husband and I were very happy and would return any time!

Everything!! This was such a beautiful property with so much space and freedom. The views from the house are incredible the sunset was breathtaking. The house is so beautiful! Perfect for a group of friends - the outside kitchen is perfect and so well thought through. We loved our stay here. Wish we had stayed here even longer.

This resort is in a lovely location in the mountains outside Amman. We had just the relaxation we wanted after seven days driving around the sites of Jordan. We loved our little cabin which was enough room my husband, adult daughter and me. It was so nice to sit on the verandah and just look at the view and listen to the birds sing. The food was excellent in the restaurant as was the wine. We really loved our few hours spent by the pool on our last day. It’s also close enough to Jerash where we spent a day site seeing. I wish we had time to go to Ajloun Forest preserve. We also appreciated the gluten free bread provided for my daughter and I.

The breakfast options were outstanding, offering a variety of choices from traditional Arabic dishes to freshly prepared omelettes, vegetarian options, pastries, and toast. Everything looked so delicious, and I’m confident my husband and kids would have thoroughly enjoyed it if they were with me. As a light eater, I personally loved the cinnamon swirls, halawa, and the tea and coffee, which were excellent. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, complemented by a lovely atmosphere and an amazing staff who were always ready to help. A special thanks to the Asrar Restaurant team including Iman, Qasim and the Manager/Supervisor for being so accommodating, kind and finding me a quiet spot to study when I needed it. Their kindness truly made my stay more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped, offering everything you might need. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail when the cleaning staff literally replaced my toothbrush daily and anything I used was replaced and ensured the room was tidied and cleaned every single day. The Women Only Spa was an absolute highlight! With complimentary access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and more, it was a perfect escape from daily family life. I treated myself to a gold hammam with a massage and was blown away by the experience. The private hammam pods offered complete privacy, and the attentive staff especially Amira made me feel like royalty. From the personalized service in the hammam to the relaxing private massage room and the serene waterfall lounge, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The spa also included separate facilities for men on another floor so we had a whole floor just for Women, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing experience for everyone. Additionally, there was a salon where you could get everything done; facials, hair, nails you name it.

The front staff were very nice

This is very excellent hotel especially its facilities. The room is light, clean and fancy. The staff is much polite and provide some useful information. In addition, there is a lot of local delicious resturant around 7th circle which is not far from hotel.

City rose hotel was one of the greatest hotel that i have ever stayed in not only in jordan but in all other world hotel. Believe me when i say that almost tears drop from your eyes at the day of check out because you feel like you are leaving your real home and family. My deep thanks to all the staff mr. Ihab, mr jalal, mr. Hashim, mr. Mohammed and miss natasha they were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and renewed every day and the staff at the resturant were very proffesional especially mr. Anas and mr. Nidhal. The hotel location is great nearly flat land and many many resturants around it. Big and very clean rooms that make you realy feel comfort also they supply you with everything you need, alot of bottels of water on daily basis, they clean the room daily. Finally, i highly recommend this hotel and i will for sure make it my hotel every time i visit amman

Very nice place and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Amman but sleep in a quiet area with less traffic. If you want to go to the center you need either to have a car or take a taxi.
