Everything . The onsen amazing…. A hot rock sauna room plus normal sauna excellent. Infinity outdoor hot onsen views wonderful . Food excellent… suggest a 15 minute delay on starting to allow for the rush! Great views, free drinks, snacks, snow freeze in foyer such a nice touch . We upgraded to a room with a shower but loved the onsen for evenings. Would return and disregard bad reviews…. We kiwis loved it .

The room was very clean and well taken care of and the beds were very super comfortable! We encountered a major personal medical situation and both Shoko and Shotaro were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted out for us.
