Stayed here April 2024. Happy with the apartment. Very clean standard Japan home. Got washing and dryer combo for laundry, induction cooktop, dehymidifier, etc. A view of the Odawara castle was a plus. Short walk to train station (JR, bullet train and Hakone Tazon line) and bus interchange so getting to Hakone was very easy. Alot of restaurants nearby, eg. Minaka and other street food. Staff was super helpful, friendly and speaks sufficient English. Also can hire ebikes at reception.

Being next to the Odawara Station and the bus terminals, the location facilitated travel, particularly around Hakone. The hotel is rather new and equipped with Onsen facilities. Eateries abound in the hotel building, in front of the hotel, at the station and mall next door and the vicinity. It is very convenient.
