Everything is superb by this host. The environment is clean and beautiful, also with a scent of historical building. The bundled dinner (Kaiseki) and breakfast were wonderful and delicious. All the services provided were outstanding and made us feel so much like home.

This is a brand new hotel. I recommend that u stay at least 2 nights and have the half-board. The onsen is good as it is situated in the roof top of the hotel. The view of ureshino is great. Dinner buffet comes with free flow of beer and sake. There are also good facilities and lounge whereby you can enjoy reading a book. Free tea and drinks throughout the lounge.

We needed to see a doctor while in Takeo and the staff went out of their way to help us make this happen, made phone calls for us and even drove us to the hospital! Allen and other staff were amazing, the location, rooms, onsen and breakfast are first class.

This was one of the most beautiful ryokan I have ever seen everything was amazing, the main building, the room, food. The hotel is 10 min away from the station and I would love to be back The staff were truly amazing: after booking.com failed to send them my request for dinner the staff themselves made sure I could still have it and arranged for it.

The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. It is set up well to facilitate interaction between guests. Location is well situated about halfway between the station and Takeo Onsen, with lots of options for food and drink within a short walk.
