near JR Hamada station, quick check-in and very helpful staff. Sent them message to help reserve seats for Iwami Kagura performance. They helped us with the reservations, as well as helped us arrange taxi to & fro the shrine (location of the performance) since it’s a night performance and distance is about 2-3km from hotel.

Best service we have ever had, dinner was absolutely stunning and they accommodated our request for both dinner and breakfast without meat. We loved the scenery, beautiful wooden facilities and splendid onsen baths. We spoke a little bit of Japanese, all explanations by staff were also in Japanese including at dinner, so might be more difficult if you speak no Japanese at all. Although they did have English written explanations.
