Best location, 2 mins walk from Nagano station even though it’s the quieter side of Nagano. The staff is very helpful, helped me with the luggage delivery service. The room was maintained well also had a good view!👍🏻

The location is great, the breakfast was varied and good (and on the top floor with beautiful views), they had a lounge area on the top floor of the hotel as well, where you could hangout. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and there was a park right across the street where our 7 year old could run around a bit. We took the Shinkansen in and easily walked to the hotel with luggage despite it snowing.

We stayed at this hotel before. It has great location and spacious, clean room. Our room was on the high floor and had a mountain view. The breakfast is fantastic with Japanese cuisine. Both hotel front desk staffs and restaurant staffs are kind and polite. Hotel has coin laundry. Hotel offers e-bike rental service, but we didn't use it.
