Best location, 2 mins walk from Nagano station even though it’s the quieter side of Nagano. The staff is very helpful, helped me with the luggage delivery service. The room was maintained well also had a good view!👍🏻

The location, staff, room, facilities and amenities. Hotel looks quite new. Luggage storage was quite professional. There was a nice onsen on the 11th floor, but I did not have time to make use of it. I would certainly stay here if I ever return to Nagano City.

We stayed at this hotel before. It has great location and spacious, clean room. Our room was on the high floor and had a mountain view. The breakfast is fantastic with Japanese cuisine. Both hotel front desk staffs and restaurant staffs are kind and polite. Hotel has coin laundry. Hotel offers e-bike rental service, but we didn't use it.
