Hotel - very nice layout. The best of our trip. Room was very spacious, especially for Japan. Staff were very professional and helpful - booking reservations for us (recommended with the better restaurants in the area). Location - walking distance to most sites. Very short walk to the market. A bit of a walk from the train station but certainly doable for most people. Bed was large and comfortable, and room was quiet. Bonus - laundry facilities, and a first for me, you could monitor the 4 washing machines on the floor below with your TV! Love Japan!

We loved this place. The room was clean and comfortable with many enjoyable touches (free drinks, good toiletries, Japanese clothes to relax in). The common area downstairs is serenely lovely and the staff were attentive, friendly and charming. Japanese breakfast was superb.
