Amazon but the blankets were more like towels so it was difficult to sleep at times because the the AC on too cold, with AC off too hot

Excellent views from the room. The dinner is very delicious with different dishes for the two nights we stayed. Staff are very friendly and a few of them could communicate well with us in English.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge and so comfortable, the staff exceptional and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of Western and Japanese options. The view from the outdoor lounge is incredible. We got up to watch the sunrise from the outdoor area and the staff provided the guests (there were about 10-12 of us) with coffee while we enjoyed the changing colours. There is a lot of history here as the Emperor stays here and Queen Elizabeth did as well. It’s lovely to see they celebrate this with their displays.
